Overview - In the space of self help books it is normally the case that the book is written poorly. James Clear destroys that notion. With very relatable stories and his easy to follow ideas and rules to build great habits Clear delivers on giving sustainable habitats to build a better you. James Clear introduces a book into the self-help space which is a classic to be shared over and over.
Theme – Habits start small let them gain momentum then do more.
Biggest takeaway – Sometimes in order to start a new habit someone has to just go to the gym. Not work out or anything but just go in into the habit of going.
Overall Satisfaction - 9.5/10 Awesome book, phenomenal tips.
Comments on the Author – James Clear tells a story in the beginning of the book of him having a massive head injury, being in a coma and not being able to play baseball. The story is very compelling in how he got back on his feet. He has found his niche as an author I look forward to visiting more of his works.
