Taming of the Shrew by William Shakespeare

Overview – This is a well-regarded play by Shakespeare. Taming of the Shrew is a story of a women who is hard to handle by men and doesn’t want to be second to any man. A fellow who is interested in her sister is told he has to marry off the shrew before he would have the woman, he was really interested in.  

Theme – Marriage for convenience 

Biggest takeaway – Marriage is a route to happiness… sometimes…

Overall Satisfaction – 7/10 Good read. Fantastically written
